A new
tradition for oil

The history of Frantoio Paolocci began in the early twentieth century, within the walls of ancient Vetralla, with a traditional stone mill.

In 2000, the business moved to its new location on Via Cassia and began a path of growth based on technological innovation, the quality of raw materials, and respect for the territory.

Today, Fausto and Stefano Paolocci personally run the family olive mill, combining the experience gained over a century of activity with the most modern technologies for the production of Italian extra virgin olive oil.

Choose your extra virgin olive oil

Every Paolocci oil comes from careful selection and a precise sensory profile.

THE RAW MATERIAL

Oil is made from olives

The quality of extra virgin olive oil primarily comes from the raw material.

For this reason, we carefully select the olives, monitor every processing stage, and use a cold extraction process without adding water.

A family oil mill, a contemporary vision

Our story began with the olive-growing tradition of Tuscia, but it has always looked forward. Family, technology, traceability, and sustainability coexist in every phase of production.
