The classic extra virgin oil named Frantoio Paolocci is obtained by caninese, leccino and frantoio olives, harvested by hand-picking cropping and miled with a continuous cycle extraction system. It is limpid, green and it has golden-yellow shades.
The nose can smell its fruity and vegetal connotation with notes of leaves and precious grass.
Its taste is strong and persistent with fruity and vegetal notes of fresh grass. It’s bitter and spicy and, in the end, it has a sweet note of almond.
